We ship to all 50 states, and for Alaska and Hawaii, contact our experts for a shipping quote.

Shipping:
Black Rock Trailer Parts is committed to getting you back on the road quickly. Orders placed by 12 PM CST will ship the next business day, with standard delivery times ranging from 1-5 days depending on your location. Orders placed after 12 PM CST will ship the following day.
Shipping Exceptions:
Freight items over 150 pounds.
Custom axles: Lead time is 3-4 weeks.
Holidays: Shipping is paused on holidays when we’re closed.
Ground-shipped axles are wrapped for protection, though grease caps may be damaged by USPS or UPS. If that happens, contact us at support@blackrockparts.com for replacements.
We carefully pack all items, but if anything is missing, reach out to us. Tracking info will be provided with your order. If a carrier misdelivers, let us know immediately so we can help resolve the issue.
If your order ships in multiple packages, contact us if you're missing any items, as you may have additional tracking numbers.

Freight Shipping:
Freight orders take 2-4 business days to process and 3-7 business days for delivery. Items are securely packed on pallets, and smaller boxes may be placed between tires and wheels.
If you notice damage or missing items, contact us at support@blackrockparts.com and we’ll assist you.
Make sure the freight company has the correct contact details. If items are returned due to failed delivery, you’ll be responsible for shipping fees.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item, you’ll cover the price difference, return shipping, and half the cost of shipping the new product. We’ll ship the replacement once we’ve received the original item.
Custom axles are non-returnable and non-refundable.
